You can also check if the disc ejects from the console, this will establish if the disc is stuck or not. Lastly, check if there is a blowing noise coming from where the disc is, if there is no noise it means the disc is not spinning and therefore not being read and will need to be looked at by our technicians.
Firstly, check your account details and make sure everything is correct including your username and password. You may also want to check for any warning messages to say that your account has been suspended or banned, if your console has been chipped or modified then this can cause your account to be suspended. Firstly, check the HDMI lead you’re using to see if it is damaged. You can also try another HDMI lead to see if it just the lead that is the issue. If no leads work, check the back of the console where the lead goes in to, check there is no broken/missing pins. You can also try another setting on your Television. If none of the above seems to be working, contact us and speak to one of our technicians.
